These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zarriya at zarriya.online and related services. By creating an account, submitting a listing, or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Zarriya.
1. About Zarriya
- Zarriya is an online directory and connection platform for finding independent service providers in Pakistan
- We help customers discover providers and contact them directly
- Zarriya is not an employer, agent, contractor, insurer, payment processor, or guarantor of any service
- We do not perform the services listed on the platform
- We are not a party to any agreement between a customer and a provider
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date
- You are responsible for all activity under your account
- Customer accounts and business accounts are separate — use the account type that matches how you use the platform
3. Browsing without an account
- Visitors may browse categories, search for services, and view public provider profiles without signing in
- An account is required for in-app messaging, leaving reviews, registering a business, or contacting the Zarriya team
4. Business listings and approval
- Businesses may submit a listing with business details, services, areas, and optional indicative average prices
- Listings are reviewed by Zarriya administration before they become publicly visible
- Submission does not guarantee approval
- We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove listings for incomplete information, misleading content, policy violations, or safety concerns
- While a listing is pending review, you may not be able to edit it
- Administration aims to review submissions within 48 hours, but timing is not guaranteed
- You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your listing (name, contact details, services, prices, areas served)
5. Customer use
- Customers may search for providers, view profiles, send in-app messages, leave reviews, and use phone or WhatsApp when provided
- Use the platform lawfully and respectfully
- Do not harass providers, send spam, post false reviews, or misuse contact details
6. Communications
- Zarriya provides in-app messaging between customers and providers, and support chat to contact our team
- Messages may be stored and reviewed for safety, support, and enforcement
- Phone calls, WhatsApp, in-person meetings, and other off-platform communications are solely between the users involved
- Zarriya is not responsible for what happens outside the platform
7. Prices, quotes, and payments
- Prices or “average price” amounts on listings are indicative only and are not binding offers by Zarriya
- Zarriya does not process payments, hold funds, provide escrow, or issue invoices for jobs between users
- Payment method, final price, scope of work, materials, timeline, warranties, and receipts must be agreed directly between customer and provider
- You are solely responsible for verifying quotes, paying safely, and resolving payment disputes
- Zarriya cannot recover money paid outside the platform
8. Reviews
- Customers may leave honest reviews based on genuine experience
- Reviews cannot be edited or removed after posting
- Reviews must not contain illegal content, hate speech, personal attacks, private information of others, or misleading statements
- We may remove or moderate reviews that violate these Terms or applicable law
- Providers may not offer incentives for fake reviews
9. Prohibited conduct
- Break the law, defraud others, or impersonate someone
- Scrape data without permission, hack, disrupt the service, or upload malware
- Post misleading listings, harass users, discriminate unlawfully, or send spam
- Offer illegal services or services you are not qualified or licensed to provide where a licence is required
- We may investigate violations and take action including warnings, suspension, content removal, or permanent bans
10. Intellectual property
- Zarriya’s name, logo, website design, and platform software are owned by us or our licensors
- You may not copy or misuse them without permission
- By submitting listing content, reviews, or messages, you grant Zarriya a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and use that content to operate and promote the platform
11. Disclaimer
- Zarriya is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation
- We do not guarantee that any provider is available, qualified, insured, licensed, or suitable for your needs
- We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, timeliness, or outcome of any service performed by a provider
12. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zarriya and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the platform
- We are not liable for disputes, injury, property damage, theft, fraud, non-payment, poor workmanship, delays, or acts of users or third parties
- If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid to Zarriya in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or PKR 5,000 if you paid nothing), whichever is greater, except where law requires otherwise
13. Indemnity
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Zarriya from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees)
- This applies to claims arising from your use of the platform, your listing, reviews, messages, services, or breach of these Terms
14. Suspension and termination
- We may suspend or terminate access, or remove content, if you violated these Terms, created risk for users, or if required by law
- You may stop using the platform at any time
- Provisions that should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnity) will continue to apply
15. Governing law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles
- Courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over disputes, unless mandatory law provides otherwise
- Before formal legal action, contact the Zarriya team through support chat so we can try to resolve concerns informally
16. Changes to these Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time
- The “Last updated” date will change when we do
- Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms
